I live in the country and I am blessed with an abundance of wildlife.  I love watching them and I love writing about them.  I hope my particular style is something you would consider for yourself and others.

Since childhood, I have always loved animals, big and small, bug or not.  As long as I can remember I have always watched and studied their behavior.  I am truly fascinated with nature, particularly in their nobility in survival, their loyalty protecting herd members, undeniable courage in battle, and friendships that some seem to have.

How lucky we are to have them here with us.  They are truly special, and not enough people get the chance to see and appreciate them.  With these photographs, I can help bring the beauty of our local wildlife to many, and encourage the admiration and respect they deserve especially when we are in their habitat.

I hope these photos and the bios on the back of each card inspire someone to send a more personable message.  I love to get cards, don’t you?  They are frame able art which can be enjoyed indefinitely.

I want to give the biggest thank you of all to my husband Jeff, who encouraged me, drove me to locations and learned all the really awful computer things and always, always, encourged me to keep writing and shooting,  He was, and is, huge in my life.  I love you Jeff, thank you, I could not have done this without you.

Thanks to my faithful dog, who is always with me and is always on the watch.  Truly one of the smartest dogs I, and many others have met, and most definitely one of the best friends I have ever known.
